01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and jili 58 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jili58.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

• You are not using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the jili 58 Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. jili 58 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information in connection with eligibility may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and promotions on jili 58, you must register a personal account. Registration requires provision of accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate throughout the duration of your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the jili 58 Platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jili 58 reserves the right to close all accounts involved, forfeit any bonus funds credited across those accounts, and retain real-money balances pending investigation for fraud.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jili 58 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your jili 58 wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. Where multiple payment methods have been used, jili 58 reserves the right to determine the appropriate withdrawal channel. 4.3 Currency

All transactions on jili 58 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player where applicable.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jili 58 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Bonuses must be accepted or declined at the time of deposit or as specified in the promotion;

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed, with real-money balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 Changes to Promotions

jili 58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, except where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games hosted on the jili 58 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing titles, electronic table games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game interface or in the Platform's game information section.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by recognised independent testing laboratories to ensure statistically random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games use physically dealt cards, physical roulette wheels, or equivalent physical game elements that are streamed in real time. 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jili 58 Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the Platform for money laundering;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or sports betting markets;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any component of the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written permission from jili 58;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jili 58 staff through any communication channel;

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili 58 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audiovisual content, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of jili 58 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of jili 58 or the relevant rights holder.

All game content provided by JILI Games and other third-party game providers is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to jili 58 for use on the Platform. Any use of such content outside the Platform interface is strictly prohibited.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 By jili 58

jili 58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; regulatory directive; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawals requested during the suspension period will be placed on hold. Where investigation confirms a violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

10.2 By the Player

You may close your jili 58 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses and standard KYC checks.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili 58 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or connected with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; computer or device damage; or system failures.

jili 58's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili 58 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access. jili 58 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability beyond the return of any wager placed at the time of the relevant interruption.

12 Privacy & Data

jili 58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili 58 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies, in connection with its regulatory and legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the first instance, jili 58 encourages players to raise any dispute through the Platform's customer support channel, where most issues can be resolved efficiently and without formal proceedings. jili 58 will acknowledge formal disputes within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

14 Amendments

jili 58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jili 58 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, registered email address, or both, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2 above.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions came into effect.
